I work with a team to obtain an accurate appraisal of the home, one that is reflective of your current market value. We will also assess neighboring comps to better pinpoint your home’s strengths and weaknesses.
Preparation & Placement
I use every marketing channel necessary (Zillow, Instagram, Youtube, etc) to place your home in front of the right audience. As we draw in potential buyers, we will move forward with home tours to discuss the property in more detail.
Closing the Deal
Once we find that perfect buyer, I make it my responsibility to fully represent you during the closing process. Each offer will be thoroughly reviewed and we will work to determine which is the best for you.
